Vacation - February 22 - March 2

Tsukasa Japanese Restaurant will be closed from Sunday, February 22 until Monday, March 2. We will be returning on Tuesday, March 3 for normal operations. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Thank you for you patience. We look forward to seeing you either before or after our vacation.

Party Platters

Tsukasa Restaurant sells party platters of sushi or appetizers. They can be customized to your needs. This sushi platter pictured below is an example of a sushi platter that we can provide. It includes various nigiri sushi and sushi rolls.

The picture below is of an example of a bento (lunch box) that we created, which includes various cooked items. You should order 5 or more bento boxes for us to be able to create a bento for you.

Matsutake Season - 松茸のシーズン

**UPDATE** Our Matsutake season has ended for this year.

Matsutake mushrooms are currently in season. They are a popular and special type of mushroom often used in Japanese cooking. We will be serving them as dobinmushi (soup) or grilled. This will be available for the next two to three weeks only. Please ask for it when you come in, as it will not be listed on the menu.

Welcome to the Tsukasa Restaurant Blog!

This is the initial post on the Tsukasa Japanese Restaurant Blog! I hope this blog can enlighten you to the wonders of Japanese food and entice you to come to our restaurant.

First, a little about the restaurant. Tsukasa Japanese Restaurant is located in quaint Downtown Bordentown New Jersey, a few minutes off of Routes 130 and 206 on Crosswicks Street. We serve authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by a professionally trained Japanese chef. The restaurant is BYOB and take-out is available. We also take catering and party requests over the phone at (609) 298-3838. We are open on Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00PM until the last customer leaves which is usually 9:00PM and Sundays from 3:00PM until 8:00PM. We are closed on Mondays.
